Great Looking Finish
This flamed maple top looks genuinely fantastic. With a see thru black finish its subtle with plenty of personality, the headstock mirrors this design for a really professional look. The rosewood fretobard ties the design together and is warm, fast and great for lead or chords. The Mahogany body and neck give this guitar a warmth that really comes through when you’re playing chords. It’s a wood that improves with age.
Floyd Rose Tremelo
The Floyd Rose tremelo is great for divebombs, if you want that “dimebag darrell” sound it wont let you down. You can get some really nice subtle sounds out of the floyd rose.
EMG
The 60 packs plenty of output with a balance of tones that is classic-thick; boosted mids, big lows and fat highs. Featuring close aperture coils loaded with ceramic magnets, this model has rich tonal characteristics that gives full treble response for distinct single-note solos and buttery harmonic overtones to provide some serious meat to your playing. Traditionally used in the rhythm position for everything from clean bluesy tones to hard rocking crunchiness.
Pair it up with an 81 and you have yourself a versatile creation that will make your guitar sing. The 81 is the most famous model; the one that started a revolution. Utilizing powerful ceramic magnets and close aperture coils, the tone is endowed with detailed intensity, incredible amounts of high end cut and fluid sustain. Traditionally used in the bridge position, this pickup will make your leads slice right through even the densest mix like a hot knife. When used in both positions the sound can only be described as blistering
